We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator who will also be responsible for Internal Technical Support. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our office IT infrastructure and provide technical support to all users. Due to the nature of the role, fluency in Russian is required to support Russian-speaking employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office IT Infrastructure Management: Ensure the seamless functioning of the office's IT systems and networks.
- User Support: Provide comprehensive IT support for hardware and software issues to employees.
- Request Fulfillment: Address and resolve requests made via the information portal or phone in a timely manner.
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Supervise, troubleshoot, and maintain office equipment, including PCs, printers, and networking devices.
- Application Management: Install, configure, and maintain application software on both workstations and mobile devices.
- User Consultation: Offer guidance and support to users for any IT-related issues.
- Hardware Maintenance: Diagnose and replace consumable items (e.g., toner, batteries) and faulty components when necessary.
- Onboarding Support: Set up and configure the workstations and technical environment for new employees.
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular scheduled maintenance and perform routine checks on IT systems.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in System Administration or Internal IT Support.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and configuration of hardware and software systems.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Russian is required to support our Russian-speaking employees and clients.
