Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Property Consultant to join our team. If you have a passion for real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to help clients navigate the property market, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and rentals.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values to offer informed recommendations.
- Prepare and present property proposals and market analyses.
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate successful closings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service delivery.

Pay: Up to AED 3,500.00 per month as per experience

Qualifications:
- Experience in property consulting or real estate sales (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
- Valid real estate license (if applicable).
