Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

•  Identify and prospect potential customers in the target market through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.

Actively listen to customers' requirements and provide appropriate solutions tailored to their moving needs.

•  Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to assess their requirements, perform physical surveys, provide accurate estimates, and recommend suitable moving services.

•  Prepare and present convincing sales proposals and quotations to clients, underlining the value and benefits of our services.

•  Negotiate and close sales transactions effectively in order to meet personal and team sales targets.

•  Maintain a comprehensive database of marketing campaign leads, prospects, inquiries and customer interactions.

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations and customer service to ensure that moving projects are executed smoothly and successfully.

•  Sustain a competitive edge by staying current on industry developments, competitor actions, and market circumstances.

•  By offering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, you may ensure customer pleasure and long-term partnerships.


Skills

  • Proven sales track record, preferably in the Corporate or residential moving/ relocation or transportation industries. •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a necessity in this type of job role, plus the ability to forge relationships and trust with customers. •  Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills are required to efficiently close sales deals. •  Ability to understand and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions. •  Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. •  In order to manage multiple leads and opportunities at the same time, excellent organisational and time management skills are essential. •  Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools is useful although not a requirement as every company operates different systems. •  Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the capacity to operate independently as well as collaboratively in a team context. •  In the commercial or private residential moving industry, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel is a must. . Must have a valid UAE driving licence
