Job Overview:

The Customer Service & Sales Representative is the face of DX Drift at the track. This individual is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating sales of packages and merchandise, and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all guests. This role requires a balance of customer interaction, sales skills, and operational support.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:


Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with information about their drifting experience.

Answer inquiries regarding services, packages, and pricing in person.

Handle customer check-ins, ensuring all waivers and safety briefings are completed prior to the experience.

Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a friendly and professional manner, escalating issues to the Track Manager as necessary.

Assist customers with booking future experiences, providing detailed information about available packages.

Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout their visit to the track.

2. Sales:


Promote and sell drifting packages, upgrades, and other services to both walk-in customers and existing clients.

Upsell additional services such as video recordings, memberships, and future training packages.

Process transactions, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.

Provide information about upcoming events, special offers, or membership packages.

Track customer leads and assist with follow-up communications to convert inquiries into bookings.


3. Operations Support:


Assist with administrative tasks such as managing customer bookings, updating the booking system, and confirming reservations.

Work closely with the Track Manager and driving instructors to coordinate smooth operations at the track.

Monitor customer flow at the track to ensure experiences start on time and schedules run smoothly.

Ensure that all customer areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.

Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers in person, over the phone, and via email.

Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales and the ability to upsell products and services.

Customer Focused: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Problem-Solving: Capable of addressing customer issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach.

Organized: Able to handle multiple tasks at once, manage time efficiently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

DRIVING LICENSE IS MANDATORY.
