The Guest Operations Attendant plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for visitors at Ain Dubai. This position involves assisting guests with admissions, ticketing, attractions, and general inquiries, while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere throughout the attraction.
Key Accountabilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with admissions, ticket purchases, and entry procedures.
- Provide information about attractions, shows, schedules, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with operations, including queue management, ticket scanning, and guest safety procedures.
- Monitor available boarding times and provide updates to guests as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Process ticket sales, upgrades, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial transactions and guest information.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience through personalized interactions, recommendations, and assistance.
- Assist with special events, promotions, and guest activities to create memorable experiences.
- Collect guest feedback and relay information to supervisors for continuous improvement through used systems.
- Assist with crowd control and line management during peak periods to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Follow safety guidelines, emergency procedures, and policies to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or guest concerns to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2+ years operations experience.
