Micah Solutions FZE is currently looking for a skilled Secretary to join our client, A leading Water Treatment Company based in Sharjah. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will handle various tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records, all while contributing to a professional and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are up to date
- Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning
- Perform data entry and manage office supplies inventory
- Cooperate with other administrative staff to facilitate office efficiency
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
