Logistics Coordinator

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and services within our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, managing transportation, and overseeing the entire supply chain process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies and procedures.
  • Coordinate transportation activities, including booking shipments, tracking shipments, and resolving any logistics issues.
  • Manage the supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and carriers to obtain the best rates and services.
  • Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet customer needs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
