Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Concept Architect (UAE National) to join our client's team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and designs that align with the client’s vision and objectives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that architectural solutions meet project requirements, reflect cultural heritage, and incorporate sustainable design principles.

• Develop creative and functional architectural concepts for projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and research to inform design strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to integrate architectural solutions within project timelines and budgets.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D models to present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Ensure that designs adhere to UAE regulations, zoning requirements, and sustainability standards.
• Participate in design reviews, providing insights and adjustments to ensure project success.
• Present concepts and architectural proposals to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent presentation and visualization skills.
• Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
