<b>HSE Team Leader</b>. Our client, a leader in the industry, is looking for a proactive professional to develop, implement, and oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies. This role is pivotal in promoting a strong safety culture, managing risks effectively, and ensuring strict compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b>- Develop and maintain a comprehensive HSE legal compliance register.
- Lead workplace safety assessments and proactive hazard mitigation strategies.
- Foster employee engagement through impactful HSE initiatives and awareness programs.
- Develop and implement emergency procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain and upgrade fire and safety equipment, ensuring alignment with technological advancements.
- Oversee waste management systems to minimize environmental impact.
- Design and deliver effective HSE training sessions for staff at all levels.
- Investigate incidents thoroughly, ensuring corrective actions are executed and lessons learned are communicated.
- Maintain detailed records for audits, inspections, incidents, and drills.
- Conduct HSE compliance audits and comprehensive risk assessments.
- Lead, evaluate, and enhance emergency mock drills for improved readiness.
Requirements- Experience: 3-4 years in an HSE supervisory role within industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
