We are hiring for one of the region’s top experiential and event marketing agencies, specializing in creating immersive brand experiences and innovative event designs. We work with global brands to bring their visions to life through captivating environments and unforgettable experiences. Role Overview:
As a Freelance 3D Designer - Experiential and Events, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative 3D designs for experiential marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and activations. You will work closely with creative teams, production, and client servicing to develop stunning environments that engage and inspire. From the initial idea to the final execution, your creativity and technical skills will play a key role in delivering immersive, memorable experiences for top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop 3D visualizations for experiential marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations.
• Collaborate with creative directors, project managers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with client objectives.
• Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and layouts for event spaces, installations, and branded environments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in experiential design, materials, and event production to bring fresh ideas to every project.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are executed with high-quality standards.
• Present concepts and final designs to internal teams and clients, making revisions based on feedback.
• Work within project timelines and budgets to deliver exceptional results on time.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-8 years experience in 3D design, ideally within experiential marketing, events, or exhibition design agencies.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp,
• Lumion or similar, as well as rendering tools like V-Ray or Corona.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D design work for events, exhibitions, and experiential projects.
• Understanding of event production, materials, and fabrication processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate creative concepts into functional, immersive designs.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to internal teams and clients.
