An Assistant Administrator performs a wide range of administrative and clerical functions in the office. Their duties include organising and scheduling appointments, taking minutes during meetings and compiling and updating paper and digital records.


Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence. Manages calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements. Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents. Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
