Our client, an Investment Management Organization is looking to hire a Senior Associate of Learning and Development. This role will report into the Manager of Talent Management, supporting the team in designing, delivering and evaluating training and development.
About the Role
The L&D – Senior Associate will oversee operations, and work with management to develop and implement L&D framework, contribute to training analysis by conducting reports and training data, as well as supporting the team in budgeting annually. This role will be responsible for assisting in design, vendor selection, and/or customization of in-house training sessions and speaker engagements, as assigned by the line manager. Additional responsibilities will include conducting thorough research of internal and external sources to define learning requirements and content, collaborating with subject matter experts for the organizations training programs, and being responsible for speaker sessions, delivering training programs and running internship programs.
Alongside this, the L&D – Senior Associate will develop and maintain effective learning-related communication materials, guides, and tools, conduct market research and review options for public courses that align with training needs. Planning, designing, and implementing key technical programs, including the Analyst Development Program, Financial Modelling Program, and all levels of the CFA In-house Program are also tasks that this role entails. In addition, the L&D – Senior Associate will oversee, plan and carry out programs for Emirati hires, alongside coordinate and carry out the internship programs.
About You
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for candidates with a minimum of 5-7 years working within Financial Services and 10 years within HR/Talent Management. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT Skills, using variety of software, LMS and E-Learning Tools. The successful candidate will be a people passionate individual, with excellent communication skills, fluent in English, both written and verbal.
The successful candidate must be familiar with the business terminology used in investment management and solid knowledge and understanding of the Instructional System Design theory and practice.
