Position: Senior Integrity Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage asset integrity programs for equipment, pipelines, and facilities.
- Perform risk-based inspections (RBI) and ensure compliance with relevant industry codes and standards.
- Analyze inspection data to assess the condition of assets and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee corrosion monitoring and mitigation strategies to extend asset lifecycle.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure safe and reliable operations.
- Prepare integrity assessment reports and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and recommend new technologies for asset integrity.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience: 8+ years in asset integrity, corrosion engineering, or inspection within the [Specify Industry].
- Skills:
- Proficiency in asset integrity management systems (AIMS).
- Strong understanding of API, ASME, and other relevant codes and standards.
- Experience with NDT methods, fitness-for-service (FFS) assessments, and failure analysis.
