Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Specialist to join our team. This role is exclusively open to Emirati candidates based in Dubai who are passionate about real estate and possess a strong understanding of local property laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the legal and administrative aspects of property transactions, including title transfers, sales agreements, and registration processes.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai’s real estate laws and regulations.
- Liaise with clients, developers, banks, and government authorities (such as DLD and RERA).
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding conveyancing matters.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
- UAE National with a valid Emirati Family Book.
- Based in Dubai with in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Previous experience in conveyancing, legal, or real estate roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
