Job Description
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers
· Performing demonstrations & trials for customers wherever required
· Explaining the features and benefits of the products to the customers
· Working with engineers and technical managers to understand project requirements and recommending the right product as per their application
· Schedule training sessions for the customers as well as for the team whenever necessary
· Identifying new customers and sites regularly
· Interactions and take up dates about the progress of prospective sites from customer
· Provide excellent overall customer service
· Compelling and documenting reports on customer visit, market visit and information
· Timely forecasting of the right products
· Address customer issues and concerns in fixed time frame
