Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy accessibility
Assist in arranging travel plans, accommodations, and events
Support senior management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as a secretary or in an administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
