Job description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager or Associate Sales Director to develop our portfolio of short-term rental properties.

MAIN MISSIONS:

Prospect for owners of apartments or villas that could be put up for short-term rental.

Establish commercial relationships with real estate agencies and agents to propose attractive financial partnerships.

Develop and manage a solid network in the real estate sector in Dubai.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Significant experience in the real estate sector in Dubai or a related field.

Established network in the real estate sector in Dubai (agents, agencies, developers).

Excellent negotiation and business development skills.

Results-oriented with a strong ability to motivate and supervise a team.

Good knowledge of the specificities of the short-term rental market in Dubai.

You speak perfect English and French.

You already live in Dubai.

REMUNERATION:

Fixed + commission or partner share
