HR Generalist

We are looking for HR Generalist who has experience in operations, On boarding, etc, and have an experience of at least 2 years in the same field.

Developing and implementing human resources policies.

Supporting strategic objectives.

Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.

Maintain all applications, screen and interview
applicants suitable for positions.

Maintain an updated list of applicants and applicant files.

Carry out recruitment activities and prepares and posts vacancy announcements.

Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations like WPS.

Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.

Motivating and supporting current staff.

Maintaining staff records.

Handling employee benefits.

Identifying staffing needs with Department Heads and creating job descriptions.

Designing and directing training programs.

Supervising HR personnel

Dealing with employee grievances and disputes
Supporting employee development

Enhancing job satisfaction

Implementing HR strategies that support business objectives

Forecasting staffing needs, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.

Work in coordination with recruitment consultants on a timely basis.

Requirements and skills:

Master’s degree in human resources management. Additional legal qualification is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resource Position
Excellent communication skills including multilingual skills.
Highly organised.
Superior interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented.
Good problem-solving skills.
Budget management experience.
Strong people skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Computer literacy.
