Title: Commi (Cold Section) for Lebanese Restaurant in Dubai – AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare the mise-en-place having all the ingredients needed for cooking ready as per kitchen standards
• Minimize waste while cutting, portioning and chopping food
• Set-up the station with par stocks of menu items before the start of the shift
• Store all food products properly in the correct location and correct standards of labeling, dating and storing
• Follow the cleaning schedule for the kitchen and maintain the assigned station clean at all times
• Cook food according to recipe, quality, preparation and presentation standards

Qualifications:

• He know how to make all Lebanese cold mezza, hot mezza & salad
• Speaking & understand English
• Minimum 2 years of F&B experience as commis.
• Any nationality
