• Receive shipments of goods and materials, check against the delivery note specifications and report any discrepancy/damage or short receipt to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
• Specific for Multimedia: Submit Shipping documents to censorship
• Perform routine inspection, cleaning and minor maintenance of lifting and stacking equipment to minimize any unplanned operational interruptions and maintain a safe working environment at all times
• Transfer goods to and between stores, and documents between stores and back office
• coordination of operations.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure timely completion of operational activities.
• Address operational issues and challenges in a proactive and timely manner.
• Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal teams and drivers.
