As a Commis, you will:

1. Assist in the preparation and production of a wide range of dishes in the hot kitchen and the bakery/pastry section.
2. Contribute your creative ideas to the development of new and exciting menu items.
3. Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional output.
4. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
5. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen.
6. Participate in daily mise en place and organization of the kitchen.
