KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for recording financial transactions, analyzing financial data, maintaining records & bookkeeping, do the reconciliation of suppliers and subcontractors along with other day-to-day needs of the department.
• Manage and oversee all day-to-day accounting operations on behalf of the company including customer invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
• Support and manage finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed and so that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.
• Prepare and publish timely detailed reports on financial performance, balance sheet and cash flow statements and any required supporting analysis.
• Regularly assess the performance of the finance departmental structure and plan for the continual improvement of the efficiency of the company.
Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial transactions.
