- Experience in processing orders from the Website, Instagram, and WhatsApp;
- Capability to assist and serve walk-in customers;
- Competence in stock management;
- Aptitude for driving sales;
- Dedication to maintaining a clean work environment;
- Good computer literacy and spelling skills;
- Responsibility for shop operation and brand image;
- Proficiency in handling supplier interactions, invoices, and payments;
- Aptness in planning for events, holidays, and seasonal designs;
- Knowledgeable in floral design, color selection, and style;
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
