As an Indoor Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, assisting clients in their travel planning needs. From recommending destinations to arranging itineraries, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable journeys for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers, understand their travel preferences, and provide expert guidance on destinations, flights, accommodations, and travel packages.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our travel services.
Handle booking inquiries, process reservations, and ensure accurate documentation and payment processing.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of travel destinations, flight routes, and accommodation options.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking platforms
