Must have 1-2 years real estate experience in UAE without experience please do not bother coming.
Basic salary plus commission is fixed.
Interview Location: IT Plaza, Office number 715, Dubai Silicon Oasis
Date: 31st Jul 2023, Monday
Interview time: 4 PM to 6:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities:
Professional ability to work with developers and investor.
Provide clients with expert advice and guidance on buying and selling in real estate.
Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
Stay current with market trends and changes to better serve clients and enhance their experience.
Generate and manage lists of properties for sale.
Generating new buyers by your own source cold/warm calling.
Conducting market appraisals/valuations with the homeowner/landlord.
Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings.
Negotiating offers between both buyer and developer.
Guide and facilitate clients to buy directly from developers with market updates, launches, prices, etc.
Maintain and develop contact with developers and clients.
Enhance the company's reputation for excellence through professional conduct at all times.
Manage time effectively to ensure that all duties are performed satisfactorily.
Assist sellers in how to best promote the properties to attract advantageous offers.
Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc.)
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.

Requirement Qualifications:

Minimum 1- or 2-years minimum experience within the Real Estate market in Dubai as an Off-plan specialist.
Have a good networking connections and social media knowledge.
UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.
Strong Negotiation/Communication Skills.
Well-spoken and Groomed/Presentable.
Motivated and Hungry for success.
Positive attitude/Confidence.
Attention to Detail.
RERA Certification is an added plus.
