Looking for baristas (senior-ie more than 3 years experience & head barista -ie more than 3 year experience) for the cafe , “ The claro specialty cafe” in Sharjah.

The salary range will be from 3k-4.5k

Must possess the following points for both the positions:

1. Coffee Expertise: The Senior Barista will be responsible for showcasing a deep understanding of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles. They will provide guidance to the team on maintaining consistent quality and delivering exceptional coffee experiences.

2. Leadership and Training: Take a leadership role in training and mentoring junior baristas, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to create consistently high-quality beverages. This includes demonstrating espresso extraction, milk frothing, latte art, and other techniques.

3. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain the highest standards in coffee preparation, presentation, and taste.

4. Customer Engagement: Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service. The both positions Barista will interact with customers, offer recommendations, answer questions, and ensure an enjoyable and personalized experience.

5. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the proper maintenance and cleaning of coffee equipment. Report any technical issues promptly and work with the team to resolve them.

6. Collaboration and Communication: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by effectively communicating with team members, management, and other departments. Share feedback, ideas, and concerns to contribute to the shop's overall success.

7. Workflow Optimization: Streamline the workflow to enhance efficiency during busy hours. Implement best practices for managing orders, minimizing wait times, and ensuring a smooth coffee preparation process.

8. Problem Solving: Demonstrate the ability to handle challenging situations, such as customer complaints or unexpected equipment issues, with a calm and solution-oriented approach. Lead the team in resolving issues and maintaining a positive customer experience.
