Maintenance and Admin Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Real Estate Management and Administration Coordinator. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing accounting responsibilities, and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of our real estate management and supervision activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating and managing administrative tasks related to real estate management and supervision. You will assist in coordinating property maintenance and repair projects, handling tenant inquiries, and maintaining accurate property records. Additionally, you will prepare and review leasing agreements, conduct property inspections, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.

You will also assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting. General accounting tasks like accounts payable/receivable and financial reconciliations will be performed. General administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings are part of the role as well.

We require proven experience in real estate management or a related field, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is desired. Knowledge of local property management regulations, laws, and basic accounting tasks is important.

The ability to work independently and collaboratively, solve problems, and maintain confidentiality is necessary.
