We are currently looking for a Data Entry Officer to support the Supply Chain
Department.
The Data Entry Officer will work closely with the Store Manager and Supply Chain Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities:
∙Support the Store Manager and Supply Chain Manager in maintaining purchasing processes and procedures.
∙Maintain quality standards of all products.
∙Maintain record of purchase orders and follow up on status of orders.
∙Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
∙Monitor all purchase requisitions.
∙Work with accounts department to reconcile invoices and purchase orders.
∙Research pricing information and compare prices and quotations.
∙Upkeep records of supplier information.
Who We Are Looking For:
∙Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any supply chain related degree
∙2-3 years working experience in the Data Entry
∙Excellent written and verbal communication
∙Knowledge of Microsoft excel
∙Strong interpersonal skills
∙Critical thinker and problem solver
∙UAE experience is a plus
