Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop camper designs that are functional, stylish, and aligned with our brand identity.
• Create 2D and 3D designs, sketches, and prototypes to bring your ideas to life.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate the latest technologies and materials into your designs.
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends, ensuring our campers remain at the forefront of the industry.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of your designs.
• Provide input and suggestions during the entire product development process, from concept to production.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in camper or recreational vehicle design is a plus.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for the outdoors and a genuine understanding of camper enthusiasts' needs and desires.
