Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and professional customer service
Keep up-to-date with travel trends and developments in the industry
Qualifications:

Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
Strong knowledge of travel destinations, travel products, and the travel industry in general
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and online travel tools
