Administrative Assistant

• Our company is Dubai based company in Construction and Interior Design, we do supply building materials Stone, Marble, and other Water proof solution, Surface Protection - we are looking to hire an administrator, finance person with strong soft and technical skills.

Has strong experience in handling office purchases, handing finance data entry, and filing documentations, take responsibility in accounts payable, general accounting reporting, file maintenance. Coordinate with vendors purchase orders, and follow major office requirements: purchases, keep tracks of major and minor tasks such as: Manage petit cash, online banking administrator, maintain backup folder.

Capable to handle minor daily logistics requirements such as Goods booking and delivery to clients – coordination with the truck driver and clients.
Communicate with the clients and take their requirements – divert to the team in charge. Prepare the reports and sales quotations when relevant.
Handle the HR documentations, keep records of the employee's files, and work closely with the HR Director.

Candidate must have strong records of office management experience, with following soft skills: Highly organized, meticulous, planning and keep tracking of daily and month schedules as well pipelines.

Candidate must have strong communication skills, meticulous, strong organizational skills, self-motivation, time management, experience in UAE market. Organize the internal and external events, such as client events, or internal events in and outside the office. Preferred nationalities: Filipino
