Project Manager,( BSC, MSC ) Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our talented and expanding team on a fixed-term contract, delivering world-class testing solutions to clients in the UAE.
The Senior Project Manager is expected to work directly with the customer, and the ideal candidate will possess an analytical mind, excellent communication skills and a successful track record in a similar role.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall client Lab Management Project, including managing key resources, providing the direction required to meet the project objectives and commitments (schedule, resource, cost, benefits, scope, content) and ensuring appropriate mgmt., customer, and supplier involvement throughout the project.

Job Responsibilities
Works under broad direction.
Plans own work to meet given objectives and processes.
Plans, schedules and monitors work to meet time and quality targets.
Has a good appreciation of the wider field of information systems,
Project planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans specific to SOW based work packages e.g., HLD and LLD architecture designs and equipment installations, considering factors such as test scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Work with the Architect team to coordinate the setup of appropriate test environments, including hardware, software, and network configurations for testing purposes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams
Identify potential risks associated with architecture designs
Quality assurance and compliance:
Implement effective defect tracking and management processes,
Working with the Architect team, Stakeholder management:
Develop and manage project budgets,
Analyze project financial data
Identify financial risks associated
Generate and present financial reports to project stakeholders,

Job Requirements
The role will be based in Dubai.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Arabic
Educated to Degree level or equivalent (BSC, MSC)
Familiar with local culture.
Able to command a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as
implementation methodology and executive-level requirement gathering sessions.
Highly developed soft skills, with the ability to adjust communication style based on the audience and difficult client situations.
Highly proficient in MS tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
A good working knowledge of Smartsheet and Salesforce.
A good technical appreciation of testing tools and laboratory automation.
