A Reputed construction company looking for 9 years uae experienced in operation manager cum civil engineer .

Describtion :

- Develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping
- Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
- Oversee and direct construction, maintenance and design projects from conception to completion
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions and maintenance to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction and maintenance workers and subcontractors
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
