The company is a distinguished player in distribution of fresh food to high level clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate Sales Executive to do the sales toward remarkable achievements in both personal and collective sales targets.
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Dubai, Al Awir
Job Type: Full-Time
Eligibility / Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
• Demonstrated job related experience in the field
• Be motivated and target oriented
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
• Set clear individual and group sales targets, regularly tracking progress and providing guidance.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align lead generation efforts.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Guide negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutual benefit.
• Analyse sales performance data to extract insights and enhance sales approaches.
• Provide regular comprehensive reports to senior management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proficient in MS office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• UAE driving license.
• Proven track record as a successful sales
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for relationship-building.
• Strong leadership skills, inspiring and guiding team members to their fullest potential.
• Deep understanding of the industry
