The HR Assistant / Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support across all HR functions. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports employee lifecycle activities, and assists the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Prepare HR letters, memos, reports, and documentation as required. Assist with leave management, attendance tracking, and employee data updates.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding Coordinate with IT and admin teams for employee setup and assets. Support exit process including clearance forms, documentation, and handover tracking.
3. Employee Support Respond to basic HR-related queries and assist employees with forms, processes, and policies. Support HR events, trainings, and engagement activities.
4. HR Operations & Compliance Assist with visa processing coordination and PRO-related documentation. Support HR audits by ensuring accurate filing and compliance. Maintain confidentiality of all HR data and employee information.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor���s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Atleast 1 year experience in HR coordination or administration / internship experienced candidates will be considered too. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
