Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Head – International Business / Director . Market Development & Customer Identification Identify and map potential customers across the PVC industry in Country, including: Pipe & Fittings manufacturers, Cable compounders, Profile & Panel producers, SPC flooring manufacturers, Masterbatch manufacturers, PVC Compounders, and Flexible PVC converters. Develop and maintain a robust customer database with key contacts and business potential.2. Business Acquisition & Sales Growth Promote and market the company’s PVC additive portfolio across target segments. Drive sampling, product approvals, and commercial negotiations in collaboration with the technical and commercial teams. Achieve business growth targets through strategic customer acquisition and retention.
