Job Title: Director – Global CRM & Client Lifecycle Platforms Industry: Financial Services Location: Dubai, UAE Job Purpose: Lead the strategy, implementation, and end-to-end management of enterprise CRM and client lifecycle platforms. You will drive AI-enabled CRM, data-driven insights. Key Requirements: Extensive experience in implementing CRM solutions with a proven track record in complex environments. Advanced expertise in AI/Gen AI applications for CRM, including lead scoring, automated insights, relationship manager productivity tools, and intelligent workflow automation. Strong data capabilities, including Client 360, data modeling, analytics-driven CRM design, and integration with enterprise data platforms. Deep understanding of onboarding, KYC, CDD, AML, and end-to-end client lifecycle processes, particularly in wholesale, investment, and global markets. Comprehensive platform ownership mindset, able to lead architecture, roadmap, system integrations, governance, leveraging technologies such as . NET, C#, React, microservices, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
