Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) professional based in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the financial operations related to the entire revenue cycle, analyzing financial data, coordinating billing and claims, managing payment processes, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards. The candidate will work closely with the finance team and other departments to optimize revenue collection and streamline operational efficiencies. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management to oversee billing, collections, and reimbursement processes efficiently. Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret financial data and identify areas for process improvement. Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles, with the ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and cash flow effectively. Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-departmental teams and liaise with stakeholders such as insurance companies and patients. Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and standards is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a similar role in the healthcare sector.
