Procurement Manager/fitout

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our interior Fit-Out team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience, strong knowledge of finishing materials, and the ability to manage procurement for fast-track projects.Key Responsibilities • Lead the full procurement cycle for fit-out projects, ensuring all materials are sourced and delivered on time. • Prepare, update, and monitor Procurement Schedules and Long-Lead Items (LLI) to align with project timelines. • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for finishing materials, joinery items, MEP materials, and project-specific items. • Issue RFQs, compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and finalize supplier agreements. • Maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors to secure competitive pricing and timely deliveries. • Coordinate daily with project managers, design teams, quantity surveyors, and site teams to understand material specifications. • Monitor market trends, pricing, and material availability to support cost-effective procurement decisions. • Track material approvals, deliveries, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution. • Resolve any supply delays, shortages, or quality issues that may impact the project. • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Requirements • Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry (UAE/GCC experience preferred). • Strong technical knowledge of finishing materials: marble, tiles, sanitary ware, lighting, veneers, paints, hardware, fabrics, and more. • Proven experience working on fast-track fit-out projects with strict deadlines. • Ability to generate, update, and manage Procurement Schedules and Long-Lead Item trackers. • Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills. • Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
