Our mission is to safeguard enterprise digital environments through innovative protocols and applications that address the evolving challenges of the post-quantum era.About the role:We are currently looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to improve our capabilities at Quantum Gate to develop infrastructure within Microsoft Azure’s Cloud Platform. We would like to welcome a Senior Cloud Engineer to our team, who can guide us through the proper architectural patterns for our infrastructure within Azure. Its main role will consist in leading the development of our infrastructure within Microsoft Azure and managing the implementation with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) based on enterprise-grade platforms like Terraform.Key Responsibilities:Define, together with members of the infrastructure and software development teams, the services and resources needed mainly within Microsoft Azure. Support other members of the team with code reviews and best practices when developing IaC for other Cloud Providers; mainly for GCP and AWS. Implement the requested Terraform code for the services and resources needed. Deploy and monitor the Microsoft Azure infrastructure needed for our system.Requirements:Core Skills:5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer in Microsoft Azure Microsoft Azure Official Certificates, preferably Developer Associate, Devops Engineer or Security Engineer Associate5+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with Terraform for the Microsoft Azure Cloud PlatformNice to have skills:Experience with backend programming in Java or Kotlin Experience developing secure infrastructure solutions within any major Cloudprovider, preferably using Terraform and IaCCloud Engineering Qualifications from GCP, AWS, Azure or Hashi Corp Experience working with IaC for other Cloud Platforms like GCP orQualifications:MsC or PhD degree in Software Engineering, Data Science, Telematics or any other software related discipline
