Operational Management Oversee the delivery of all soft services across multiple sites. Develop and implement operational plans, SOPs, and quality control measures. Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality and compliance with company and client standards. Manage contracts with service providers, ensuring adherence to service levels, compliance, and timelines.2. Team Leadership & HRLead, mentor, and manage soft services supervisors, team leads, and staff. Coordinate staffing, training, and performance management to ensure high team performance and morale. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and customer service excellence.3. Financial Management Prepare and manage budgets for the soft services division. Monitor costs, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality. Provide regular financial and operational reports to senior management.4. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding soft services operations. Conduct regular client meetings, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other FM divisions to ensure seamless service integration.5. Compliance & Safety Ensure all operations comply with UAE regulatory requirements, company policies, and health & safety standards. Oversee incident reporting, risk assessments, and corrective actions.Qualifications & Experience1. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications in Facilities Management (FMP, IFMA, BIFM) preferred.2. Experience:Minimum 8–12 years in soft services/facilities management, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. Proven experience managing multi-site operations and large teams. Expertise in contract management, vendor negotiation, and budget control.3. Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of UAE labor laws, HSE regulations, and service industry standards. Strong communication skills for client engagement and team coordination. Ability to analyze reports, KPIs, and operational data to drive continuous improvement. Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office applications.4.
