We are looking for a Sales Engineer/Manager to drive technical sales and specification of our premium urban products across the UAE. This role involves competing directly with market leaders like Empire Sarmad sports, Bin Sabt, and Terrain Play. Responsibilities Achieve Sales Targets: Drive the complete technical sales cycle from lead generation to contract finalization to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals. Strategic Market Penetration: Develop and execute a robust business development strategy focused on securing projects in the UAE's construction, landscaping, and municipality sectors. Product Presentation: Conduct professional technical presentations and demonstrations of the company's product range (benches, litter bins, tree grates, play equipment, etc.). Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical advice and solutions to clients, ensuring the specified products meet project design requirements and relevant UAE standards. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using the company's CRM system.Qualifications Engineering Graduate (Civil Engineering degree preferred). Minimum 3+ years of successful experience in Technical Product Sales within the UAE. High Preference: Proven experience selling products related to Street Furniture, Urban Furniture, Play Equipment, or Landscaping Materials. Possession of a Valid UAE Driving License.
