This role is perfect for a creative thinker with a deep understanding of user behavior, a passion for clean and intuitive design, and hands-on experience working within advertising, digital media, or marketing environments.Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design processes, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping. Create intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive interfaces across web and mobile platforms. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user insights and performance metrics. Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability. Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.Qualifications:5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally within advertising, digital media, or marketing industries. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both UI design and UX methodologies. Proficiency in top design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite). Experience designing responsive interfaces across multiple device types. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.Nice to Have Prior experience working on advertising campaigns, digital media products, or interactive ad experiences.
