NOW HIRING – ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (DELIVERY)Our Client is a leading global real estate and consulting firm, providing end-to-end services across design management, project management, property, and investment advisory.The Role:The Associate Director role focuses on delivering high-end real estate and branded residential projects, managing multiple schemes and ensuring strong technical and delivery standards. The position requires solid project management experience, client-facing capability, and a background in a Project Management or Development Management environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple high-end real estate and branded residential projects, ensuring delivery quality, consistency, and alignment with client expectations across all stages. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring requirements and objectives are fully understood. Manage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment with overall project goals. Provide oversight across early planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover stages. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate project delivery requirements with wider development and commercial objectives. Oversee project reviews, approvals, schedules, budgets, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with project standards, governance frameworks, contractual obligations, and industry best practices. Support the development of project strategies, feasibility assessments, and proposal materials. Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, and proactively identify and address potential delivery challenges. Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a collaborative and efficient working environment.Requirements:Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate or consultancy project management. Proven track record of delivering high-end residential and branded residences Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience working within a PMC or development management environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills. Dynamic, open, and adaptable personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving. UAE experience is mandatory
