Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company’s presence in key markets. You will work closely with internal teams to align business objectives with market trends, prepare proposals and presentations, and represent the company at industry events and meetings. Additionally, you will monitor market developments to identify growth opportunities and contribute to achieving the company’s strategic goals. Qualifications Proficiency in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management Strong understanding of architectural design, real estate, and market analysis Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to identify market trends and develop innovative business solutions Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently Experience in working with architects, developers, or design studios is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
