Compensation: AED 14,000 + NafisAbout the Role We are seeking a Technical Services Representative to support customers with technical guidance, manage product-related quality claims, and act as a key link between customers and internal departments. This position is ideal for someone with strong engineering knowledge, problem-solving ability, and confidence handling customer interactions in a manufacturing-driven environment.Key Responsibilities???? Investigate customer quality claims and present accurate technical solutions in coordination with internal teams ???? Monitor response times and recurrence of claims, highlighting any deviations from performance targets ???? Maintain trial roll dispatch records and collect feedback from customers ???? Conduct regular customer visits to attend claims, support sample roll trials, and submit detailed reports ???? Work closely with R&D, QC, and Production teams on trial outcomes and technical evaluations ???? Support the Sales team by addressing customer technical requirements and product application queries ???? Visit customers or end users to introduce products, specifications, and application details ????
