Advise the Chairman on strategic, operational, and commercial decisions.2. Medical Expertise & Strategic Consultancy Evaluate healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and patient pathways. Design solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes. Apply a consultancy mindset to improve hospital, clinic, and organizational performance. Solve complex healthcare problems with actionable, measurable strategies.3. Technology & Innovation Leverage AI, telemedicine, EMR/EHR systems, and digital health tools to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Innovate with emerging technologies such as robotics, remote monitoring, and predictive analytics. Integrate clinical insight with technology to create unique, high-value consultancy services.4. Business & Financial Acumen Develop and manage budgets, P&L statements, pricing models, and revenue streams. Identify profitable service lines and areas requiring investment. Build scalable business models suitable for the UAE healthcare market. Ensure compliance with DHA, MOHAP, and other regulatory frameworks.5. Operational & Team Leadership Own end-to-end operational setup: SOPs, compliance, quality, marketing, and revenue generation. Recruit, inspire, and retain high-performing multidisciplinary teams. Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy and clinical excellence. Provide candid, well-reasoned recommendations to the Chairman.Ideal Candidate Profile Medical & Professional Expertise Licensed Medical Doctor with clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare systems. Proven ability to translate medical knowledge into strategic and operational solutions. Exposure to technology-driven healthcare solutions and innovation.
