We are committed to:Excellence Responsibility Empowerment Connectivity CourageResponsibilities: Lead and manage the LEED certification process for high-rise tower projects from initiation to completion. Review design and construction documents to ensure compliance with LEED rating system prerequisites and credits. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and sustainability teams to gather required documentation and track progress. Prepare, review and submit LEED documentation through LEED Online. Conduct sustainability workshops and provide guidance to project stakeholders. Monitor construction activities for adherence to LEED requirements (materials, IAQ, waste management, etc.). Stay updated on the latest USGBC guidelines, sustainability trends, and industry best practices. Perform energy modelling reviews, daylight analysis coordination, and other environmental performance assessments. Support the development of project-specific sustainability plans and strategies. Participate in audits, commissioning coordination, and post-occupancy sustainability assessments.Qualification:LEED AP (BD+C). Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience, including significant involvement in LEED high-rise tower projects. Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices, energy efficiency, and green building materials. Strong knowledge of local green building rating systems, i.e. Al Sa`fat, Estidama, etc. Experience with LEED Online, energy modelling coordination tools, and sustainability software.
