In this role, you will lead and manage all electrical operations, installations, and Ex inspection and maintenance activities, ensuring full adherence to international standards for hazardous-area equipment and installations. As a technical expert, you will play a vital role in upholding safety, operational integrity, and quality across all electrical service projects.What We Are Looking ForSome of the Key Accountabilities:Plan, manage, and oversees electrical financial forecast, project status report, revenue, & expenses. Plan and allocate manpower across various project sites based on operational needs. Oversee and guide the site team’s daily activities, ensuring efficient execution and optimal use of resources to complete tasks on schedule. Manage In house IECEX/Comp Ex training and mentoring. Plan, manage, and validate all electrical project work packs regarding installation, inspection, and maintenance activities. Visit client office and project sites as required to provide technical support, business development, monitor progress, verify quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Review and prepare technical and commercial proposals, Review and prepare bill of quantities to determine material & manpower requirements.Qualifications / Skills & ExperienceSkills & ExperienceEssentialExpert in electrical logics & circuits Expert in hazardous area electrical engineering, inspection & installations Comp Ex /IEC Ex certified & able to mentor/train other techs. Resource Management Entrepreneur skill identifying opportunities & converting to orders. Computer skills, good communications, planning and organizing skills. Must be assertive and confident in dealing with customers.
