We are looking for a Designer to join our Retail Projects & Store Design team. In this role, you will assist the Senior Designer in delivering high-quality design projects on time and within budget. You will play a key part in creating accurate designs, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Develop and review designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements. Support the Senior Designer in managing project timelines, briefs, and resources. Prepare sketches, renders, and presentations as needed. Review contractors’ workshop drawings for compliance with design intent. Liaise with consultants, landlords, and vendors to incorporate client changes and approvals. Guide junior staff on design processes and technical matters. Conduct value engineering reviews and recommend improvements. Ensure adherence to best practices, BU requirements, and company policies.Skills: What We're Looking For Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (or equivalent technical qualification in retail design/construction). Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience. Skills: Proficiency in Auto CAD and similar software. Knowledge of 3D rendering tools (Sketch Up, Lumion, etc.). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Working on short delivery deadlines. Organized and Proactive.
